HolyRecruit was built to give small and mid-sized carriers the workforce support they often don’t have in-house. By bringing together experience in workforce development, operations, technology, and process, we help carriers find qualified drivers and manage the ongoing details that come with building a dependable team.
Our approach is personal and partnership-driven. We take the time to understand each carrier’s operation, stay involved throughout the process, and provide reliable support from recruiting and placement to DQ file management and beyond.

Meet Our Team
Sanja Kruse - CEO
Sanja brings more than a decade of international workforce development and vocational training experience to HolyRecruit. Her work across Europe and Africa has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to connect people with the right opportunities and build workforce solutions that last. At HolyRecruit, she leads the strategy behind helping carriers build stronger, more dependable driver teams.
Outside of work, Sanja can usually be found playing tennis, hiking, traveling, or planning her next adventure.
Chris Allison - COO
Chris brings a builder’s mindset to HolyRecruit. With a background in engineering, software, and technology, he has worked on projects across China, Europe, Africa, and the American South. He’s drawn to complex challenges and practical solutions, bringing the systems, processes, and technology behind HolyRecruit to life so carriers and drivers have a better experience from the start.
Outside of work, Chris is usually logging miles on a long run and looking for the next challenge to take on.
