We’ll tell you before you apply. If it’s a carrier you’ve already driven for and left, you should know that before spending twenty minutes on the phone.

It depends on the seat. We’ll give you the number the carrier publishes and tell you what the seat actually runs. If the job posting and pay sheet don’t agree, we’ll tell you instead of simply quoting the bigger number. It happens more than it should.

Most of the seats we work with start at three months of verifiable CDL-A experience. A few accept drivers with no experience, but far fewer opportunities exist than the ads might suggest.
If you’re under three months, we’ll tell you which doors are actually open instead of pretending they all are.

Most of the positions we place are OTR or regional. Local seats do exist, but they typically go to drivers with years of experience rather than months.
If local is the only option you’ll consider, tell us on the first call. We won’t waste your time with positions that don’t fit.
